To the Right Worshipful his Majesty's Justices of the Peace -
for the County of Middlesex at their General Quarter Session Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the ChurchWardens.
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Christ Church
in the said City of London

Sheweth

That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant under the hands and Seals of
two of his Majesties Justices of the Peace for the County of Middlesex (whereof
one is of the Quorum therein mentioned) bearing date the Eighteenth
day of September One thousand Seven hundred and Seventy there Margaret
Pool
< no role > Singlewoman was removed from the Parish of Saint Pancras in
the said County of Middlesex to the said Parish of Christ Church in the said
City as the last legal place of her Settlement By which your Petitioner
humbly Conceive themselves Aggrieved and Appeal to this Court against
the said Pass Order

Your Petitioners therefore humbly pray
your Worships will be pleased to hear and-
determine the matters touching this Appeal
and give them such Relief in the Premisses
As to your Worships shall seem Just and-
meet

And your Petitioners shall ever Prays Etc
