you of your kind order as yesterday of my being Brought up again on A [..]
Day, In hopes To obtain my Liberty by the late Insolvent
Act, I have bin Confind in this most Coach some Goal five
years, by which my Health is greatly Impared &
make no Doubt your honour with the rest of the Honourable
Gentleman will take my long Unhappy Situation and
your most Serious Consideration & grant me such
Relief as your Honours shall think meet & as In
Duty Bound will ever Pray
