Mr Gill are to Certifify that at the General Quarter Sessions of the peace
[..] Hicks Hall in Saint John Street in and for the said County of Middlesex

the said Recognizance Undesignedly and by mistake and that they

[..] Saint John Street Bethnal Green Dyer and John
[..] of the same place are the persons who were bound before me
for the appearance of the said John Atkinson< no role > and whose names
