Mary Corfield< no role > of Tichfield Street in the
Parish of Saint Maryle bone in the County of Middlesex
the Defendants in this cause maketh Oath and Saith that
the this deponent not being able to defend this Indictment
the last Session held in and for this County by reason of
some of this Deponent Material witness could not then
be found by the Deponent appllied to Mr Dennis
Currin
< no role > who this deponent is informed in one of the
Attorneys of the Court of Kings Bench at Westminster
to have this deponents recognizance Respited untill
this present Session and she the deponent paid the
said Mr. Curin his demand for doeing such business
and this dependent saith that upon her making
enquireys about the said recognizance being respited
the this deponent was informed that the said Mr.Currin
had neglected to do the said buisness and this deponent
saith that she does not know any reason why the
said Mr. Currin did so neglect to [..] apply to this
Honourable Court for the said recognizance to be
respited and this deponent further saith that she this
deponent is desires to have the said indictment beged
and that it is not through any delay of this deponents
knowledge or with her Consent that the same is not
