Lord the King holden for the County of Middlesex
at Hicks Hall in Saint John Street in the said
County by Adjournment on Thursday the Twenty first
day of October one thousand Seven hundred and Seventy
three in the Thirteenth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign
Lord George the Third Kings of Great Britain Etc

It is Ordered That Thomas France< no role > the Respondent have Notice
of this Appeal And that he and all Persons Concerned do Attend the
Court at Hicks Hall aforesaid on Friday the Twenty ninth day of
October Instant at Nine of the Clock in the forenoon of the same day
to hear and Abide the Judgment and Determination of the said Court
touching the said Appeal.
