At the General Session of the Peace of our Lord the King
holden for the County of Middlesex at Hicks Hall in Saint John Street
in the said County (by Adjournment) on Saturday the Twenty ninth
day of May in the thirteenth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign
Lord George the third King of Great Britain Etc.

Whereas the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint
James Clerkenwell in the County aforesaid Have at this present Session Exhibited
their Petition and Appeal settingforth That by a Pass Warrant or Order under the
Hands and Seals of Thomas Kynaston< no role > and Thomas Miller< no role > Esquires Two of his
Majesty's Justices of the Peace in and for the said County of Middlesex (one
whereof being of the Quorum) bearing date the first day of May 1773 Isaac
Morris
< no role > an Infant aged about three Years the Son of Isaac Morris< no role > was
Removed and Conveyed from and out of the Parish of Saint John Clerkenwell
Chiswick in the County aforesaid into the Parish of Saint James Clerkenwell
whereby the Petitioners conceived themselves aggrieved Whereupon at the
request of the said Petitioners It is Ordered that the Benefit of their
said Appeal be saved unto them and that the hearing and determining thereof
be and the same is hereby adjourned until the next General Quarter Session
of the peace to be holden for this [..] And that on Notice hereof in the mean
time to be given to the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of Chiswick they and all persons concerned do attend the Court at
Hicks-Hall aforesaid on Thursday the eighth day of [..] July next at the Hour
of Eight in the forenoon of the same day to hear and abide the Judgment and
Determination of the said Court touching the said Appeal
