opinion of the Attorney and Sollicitor general
to be settled as the Court shall direct.

The Clerk of the Peace to take such
methods as the Court shall advise for the
speedy recovery of Books, Records, and
Writings detained by the late Clerk of the
Peace the settling of the Cause to be
suspended in the mean time.
