To the Worshipful his Majesty's Justices of the Peace in and for the
County of Middlesex in their General Quarter Sessions of the
Peace holden for the said County Assembled.

Whereas Elizabeth Griffin< no role > hath in and by her Examination taken
in Writing and upon Oath before John Cox< no role > Esquire One of the
Majesty's Justices of the Peace in and for the said County of
Middlesex the fourth Day of December 1772 declared that [..]
Hardiman of the Parish of Kingston in the County of Surry [..]
did beget her with Child of a Female Bastard Child born of [..]
Body in the parish of Saint Mary Le bone in the said County [..]
Sixteenth Day of July last past and Baptized Elizabeth< no role > And who [..]
the said William Hardiman< no role > hath entered into recognizance with
sufficient Justices to attend the next Sessions of the peace to be holden
in and for the said County of Middlesex to abide and perform such
Order as should be made in the premisses persuant to the Same
in that Case made and provided. We those Names are hereunto su [..]
Sidesman and Overseers of the poor of the said Parish of Saint Mary
Le bone do hereby Certify and declare that the said Parish of Saint
Mary Le Bone hath received full security and Satisfaction for and in
respect of the said Female Bastard Child, and that we do Com [..] d
