The above first named Indictmt. is preferred by Beech agt.
Currin for an Illegal & Forcible Entry in Beeches dwelling
House at Hammersmith Com Middx . and was found by
the Grand Jury in October Session last

The last named Indictmt. is a Cross Indictmt. by
Currin agt Beech & ors. for the like forcible Entry and is
grounded on the very same Facts

To both Indictments the Defts. pleased the last
Session and they are now on Traverse & Notices of Tryal
given in each for this Day the 12th: Janry Instant

On the 8th: Instant Currin Countermanded his Notice
of Tryal expecting by that Trick to get the Indictmt. to
him preferred agt Beech tho' last found Try'd first

Please therefore to Move that the Indictmt
preferred by Currin may stand over for
Tryal until the next Sessions and that
both Indictmts may be Appointed to
come on together
