said County by Adjournment) on

in the Twelfth year of the Reign of our

of Great Britain Etc

It is Ordered That John Smallwood< no role > Have Notice
of this pettition and that he and all persons concerned
do attend the Court at Hicks Hall aforesaid on Thursday
next at Nine of the Clock in the forenoon of the same day to
hear and abide the Judgment and determination of the
said Court touching the said Petition
