Maria Warren< no role > being bound over to appear
at the last October Session, and not appearing according to
the Condition of your Recognizance for that purpose
it became forfeited, and must be estreated in the Court of
Exchequer , in Order to the issuing of Process thereon
against you for, levying the Penalty: Unless by Appear-
ance and proper Application to stay Proceedings thereon
at the next Session, which will begin at Guildhall , in King-
Street, Westminster , on [..] the 3d Day of October Monday
