SIR


You being bound over for Mary Burke< no role > to appear
at the last October Session, and not appearing according
to the Condition of your Recognizance for that pur-
pose it became forfeited, and must be estreated in the
Court of Exchequer , in Order to the issuing of Process
thereon against you for levying the Penalty: Unless by
Appearance and proper Application to stay Proceedings
thereon at the next Session, which will begin at Guild Hicks
hall, in [..] Saint John Street , [..] on Monday the 13th
day of July next the Estreat shall be respited by the
Court.
