Navy-Office, April 28, 1772.

The Right Honourable the Lords Commissioner of His
Majesty's Treasury having appointed Money for paying
Half Pay of Sea Officers, from the 1st of July to
the 31st of December, 1771, according to His Ma-
jesty's Establishment in that Behalf; These are to
give Notice, that the said Payments will begin to be
made at the Office of the Treasurer of the Navy in
Broad-Street , on Monday and Tuesday the 11th and
12th of next Month, at Ten o'Clock in the Morning,
Viz. To Captains and their Attorneys, and other Officers
appearing themselves, on the Monday; and to Attorneys
of Lieutenants, Masters and Surgeons, on the Tuesday,
(after which the Lifts will be recalied one a Month)
that all Persons may then and there attend to receive
what may become payable unto them, and not only
bring with them the Affidavit required touching their
not having enjoyed the Benefit of any Publick Em-
ployement, either at Sea or on Shore, during the Time
they are to be paid their Half-Pay; but also produce
Certificates that they have subscribed to the Test, and
taken the Oatb required by Act of Parliament to His
persent Majesty; and in Case any of the said Sea
Officers shall not be able to attend themselves to receive
their Money, but employ Attorneys for that Purpose, that
the said Attorneys may produce the like Certificates and
Affidavits from the Persons they are employed by.

Office of Ordnance, April 28, 1772.

The Principal Officers of the Ordnance do hereby
given Notice, that they will be ready, on Tuesday next
the 9th of May, at their Office in St. Margaret's-
Street , Westminster , to receive Proposals from such Per-
son or Persons as may be inclined to supply Four Hun-
dred and Fifty Chaldrons of Tanfield Moor, Long Ben-
ton, or Lady Windsor's Pentop Coals, for the Service
of this Office at Woolwich . The proposals to specify
in what Time the Coals are to be delivered.

The Court of Directors of the British Linen Company
hereby give Notice, that a Quarterly General Court of
Proprietors will be held at their Office here, on Monday
the 1st of June next, in Pursuance of the Charter.

Trade are to be paid to the said Hale; and all Debts due from
the said Copartnership Trade will be paid by the said John

Stourbridge , April 10, 1772.

Notice is hereby given, that the Partnership between
Henry Crane< no role > , deceased, Serjant Crane, and Joshua
Matthews
< no role > , in the Clothing Business at Stourbridge in the
County of Worcester, hath, by mutual Confent, been some
Time since dissolved, the Business is now carried on at
the same House by Meff. Mathews and Powell, who are
impowered to settle all Accounts relating to the said Partner-
ship.

all Persons indebted thereto are hereby required to pay their

THE Creditors of Mr. Henry. Akerman< no role > , late of Bourton
on the water in the County of Gloucester , Mercer,
deceased, are desired to send an Account of their respective
Debts to Mr. Partner No. 23. Bartler's Buildings , London,
on or before the 1st Day of June next, in order to their re-
covering a Dividend of the said Henry Akerman< no role > 's Effects,
otherwise they will be excluded the Benefit of such Dividend.

Pursuant to a Decree of the High Court of Chancery , the
Creditors and Legatees of Thomas Scrafton< no role > , late of the
Parish of St. Giles In the Fields in the Countary of Middlesex
Gentleman , deceased, and also the Auditors nd Legatees of
James Scrafton< no role > , late of the same Place, Gentleman, deceased,
are forthwith to come before Robert Pratr< no role > , Esq; one of the
Masters of the said Court, at his Chambers in Symond's Inn ,
Chancery-Lane , London, and prove their Debts and claim
their Legacies, or in Default thereof they will be excluded
the Benefit of the said Decree.

hill , on Tuesday the 12th Day of May, instant, between
the Hours of Five and Six in the Afternoon, Secured by a
Decree of His Majesty's High Court of Chanery , The Con-

in his Afhgnee) expectant on the Death of his Wife without
issue, in the Sum of 18501. New South Se Annuities.

Stock-Broker, in Exchange-Alley .

To be sold separately, pursuant to a decree of the High
Court of Chancery , before Thomas Harris< no role > Esq ; one of
the Masters of the said Court, at his Chambers in Lincoln's
Inn , Two new-built Brick Messuages, situate on the West
Side of the Lower-Street in Islington , held by Separate Leases
from Benjamin William< no role > , for a Term of 98 Years for Lady-
Day 1767; one of which Messuages is cow let to Mrs. Snagg
at 281. per Ann, and is subject to a yearly Ground-Rent of
51. 18s. and the other is not yet let, but is valued at 281.
per Ann and is subject to a yearly Ground-Rent of 61. 2s.
Particulars of the said Premisses may be had at the said Ma-
ster's Chambers.

Cateaton-Street , deceased, by applying to Mess. Ni-
choison and Harrisons, at the same House on Tuesday the
19th of May, or any suceeding Tuesday, may receive a Fur-
ther Divided of the Estate of the said Richard Banbury< no role > .

The Several Cerditors of James Cawdell< no role > , of Cheapside ,
London, Linnen-draper , who have executited the Inder-
ture of Assignment and Trest of his E [..] and Effects, bean-
ing Date the 12th Day of April 17712 and who have not al-
ready ascertained their Demands, are desired forthwith to make
the necessary Proofs of their respective Debts, and sent an
Account of the same to Mr. John Coore< no role > , Attorney at Law,
in Lawrence Pountney Lane Cannon-Street , London, in order
that the Trustees appointed by the said Deed may be enabled
to make a Dividend of the said Estate.

THE Creditors who have proved their Debts under a Com-
mission of Bankrupt awarded and issued against William

in the County of Middlesex , Mercer, Dealet and Chapman,
are dehred to meet the assignees of the said Bankrupt's Estate
and Effects, on Tuesday next the 12 Day of May instant,
at Five o'Clock in the Afternoon, at Sam's Coffee house in
Exchange Aliey, Cornhill, London, in order to assent to or
dissent from the said Assignees commending, prosecuting; or de-
sending any Action at Law or Suits i Equity concerning the
said Bankrupt's Estate and Effects; and the Compounding,
submitting to Arbitration, or otherwise agreeing, any Matters

desired to meet the Assignees of the sqid Bankrupt's Estate
and Effects, on Thursday next the 7th Day of May instant,
at Three o 'Clock in the Afternoon, at the Rainbow Coffee-
House in Corahill, London, in order to assent to or dissent from
the said Assignees commencing, prosecuting, or desending any
Suit or Suits at Law or in Equity for the Recovery of or
concerning the said Bankrupt's Estate; and also to their com-
pounding, submitting to Arbitration, or otherwise, agreeing, any
Matter or Thing Relating Thereto; and on other special Af-
fairs.

WHere as a Commission of Bankrupt is awarded and issued

County of Middlesex , Woollen-draper, and he being declared
a Bankrupt, is hereby required to surrended himself to the
Commissioners in the said Commission named, or the major Part
of them, on the 12th dAy of May instant at Four o'Clock
in the Afternoon, on the 28th Day of the same Month, and
on the 13th Day of June next, at Ten in the Forenoon, at
Guildhall , London, and make a full Discovery and Disclosure of
his Estate and Effects; when and where the Creditors are to
come prepared to prove their Debts, and at the second Sit-
ting to choose Assignees,and at the last Sitting the said Bank-
rupt is required to finish his Examination, and the Creditors
are to assent to or dissent from the Allowance of his Certificate,
Allpersons indebted to the said Bankrupt, or that have any of
his Effects, ar not, to pay or deliver the same but to whom
