became forfieted and this Deponent on his Oath Positively
Saith That he did not Neglect to Attend to give Evidence against
them the sd. Prisoners this any favor or Affection toward
Re said Prisoners or this any Gain on Reward or the hope
or Promise thereof but that such Neglect was Occasiond
by this [..] Deponent Ignorance and by the direction he
received from the said Pagget which if this Deponent
[..] that his Attendance to
give Evidence against the said Prisoners would have
been Necessary at Nine of the Clock Instead of Eleven he
this Deponent would duly have Attend and would have
prosecuted the Law with Effect against them the said
Prisoners pursuant to the Condition of his said Recognizances
