Maketh Oath that on Monday last being the Second day of
December Instant at the Dwelling house of Thomas Blower< no role >
Situate in Ratcliff Highway in the Parish of Saint George
in the said County of Middlesex who was One of the wenas
of the poor of the said Parish in the Month of February
last he this Deponent did personally serve the said Thomas
Blower< no role > with a true Copy of the Notice hereunto Annexed and
at the same time did inform the said Thomas Blower< no role > of
the contents and purport thereof and this Deponent further
Maketh Oath and saith that on the same Second day of
December Instant at the Dwelling House of John Paine< no role >
Situate in Ratcliffe Highway aforesaid who is the present
Churchwarden of the said Parish of Saint George in the
said County of Middlesex he this Deponent Did personally
serve the said John Paine< no role > with a true Copy of the Notice
hereunto annext and at the same time did inform the said
John Paine< no role > of the Contents and purport thereof
