That we whose Names are Under written did on
Tuesday the fourth day of June 1771
View and Survey A Party Wall [..]
South side of Princes Shut in the Parish of
St. Giles's
in the County of Middlesex
and between a House being the Corner of
the said Princes Street
and Stanhope Street
and Now in possesion of Mathew Hill< no role >
and Adjoyning on a Vacant Peice of Ground
where a House burnt down lately stood and
is now going to be Rebuilt And they do find
the party Wall Aforesaid is Defective and
Ruinous and Ought to be pulled down
and Rebuilt According to the Direction
of the Several Acts of Parliament Now in Being
Dated this 20th.day of June 1771.
