Middlesex

At the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our Lord the King
holden for the County of Middlesex at Hicks Hall in Saint John
Street in the said County by Adjournment on Thursday the Fourth
day of July in the Eleventh Year of the Reign of our sovereign
Lord George the Third King of Great Britain Etc

It is Ordered that Final hearing and determining of the Matter of an Appeal
Between the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Margaret
within the Liberty of Westminster and County of Middlesex Appellants And the
Overseers of the Poor of the Liberty of Saffron Hill Hatton Garden and Ely Rents
in the Parish of Saint Andrew Holborn in the said County of Middlesex
Respondents touching the settlement of Susannah Spencer< no role > wife of John Spencer< no role >
Which stood Adjourned unto this day Do stand further adjourned until the next
General session of the Peace to be held for this County And that on Notice hereof in,
the mean time to be given to the Respondents they and all Persons concerned do
Attend the Court at Hicks Hall aforesaid on Thursday the Twelfth day of September
next at Nine of the Clock in the Forenoon of the same day to hear and abide the
Judgment and determination of the said Court touching the said appeal
