Samuel Hillyer< no role > Warehouseman to Mr.
William Sanders< no role > the Gentleman to whom the
Ribband mentioned in the above Indictment
belonged Maketh Oath That he this Deponent
was bound by Recognizance before John Sherwood< no role >
Esquire to Prosecute the above mentioned Mary
Lookup
< no role > and Susannah Cobides< no role > for Stealing the
said Ribband, At this present General Quarter
Session of the Peace And this Deponent further
Saith That On Thursday last he Attended at
Hicks Hall and took out an Indictment at
against the said Mary Lukup< no role > and Susannah
Cobides for Stealing the same Ribband And
was Sworn thereon And a little before four of the Clock
in the afternoon Examined before the Grand Jury
And after he was so Examined he waited in the
Yard behind the Hall some time when a
Gentleman came into the said Yard where this
Deponent was waiting And who this Deponent
believes was one of the Gentlemen of the said [..]
And took hold of this Deponents Arm And told
him that he need not wait for that he could not
know whether his Bill of Indictment was found
or not that Night And that it was in Vain for
him to stay And also Saith That one Joseph
