Middlesex


At the General Quarter Session of
the Peace of our Lord the King holden for the
County of Middlesex at Hickes Hall in
St. John Street in the said County by
adjournment on Friday the fifth day of
July in the Eleventh year of the Reign of
King George the Third by the Grace of
God over Great Britain & soforth

Articles of the Peace being exhibited upon the Oath
of Eleanor Newman< no role > against Samuel Newman< no role > for fear
of death or some great Bodily hurt It is Ordered that
he have Notice thereof And that Unless he shew good Cause
to the Court here on or before Saturday next by [..] 11 oClock
in the Forenoon why the said Articles ought not to be,
received and filed, process will be issued against him to
Compell him to put in good Sureties of the Peace
towards the said Complainant and the rest of his
Majestys Subjects as the Law requires
