I do hereby Authorise and desire upon to see out a Writ of Cortiorari
to remove into his Majesty Court of Kings Bench at Westminster All
and singular Indictment whereof Matthew Concanen Stand's Indicted at
Hicks Hall in the County of Middlesex by me Etc for compounding a
Penalty without leave of the Court on a Panal StatuteContrary to
the Dicrections of the Statute of the 18th of Elizabeth Chapter ye 5th
And for your so doing this shall be your warrant Witness my hand
this 5th day of July 1771
