At the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our Lord the King holden
for the County of Middlesex at Hicks Hall in Saint John Street in
the said County (by Adjournment) On Thursday the Eleventh. day of
April in the Eleventh Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord
George the Third King of Great Britain Etc Before Saunders.

Justices of our said Lord the King Assigned to keep the Peace in
in the County aforesaid and also to hear and determine diverse
Felonies Trespasses and other Misdemeanors committed in
the same County.

Whereas the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
of Saint George the Martyr in the said County of Middlesex Have at
this present Session exhibited their Petition and Appeal setting forth
That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under the Hands and Seals of
Stephen Clarke< no role > and Joseph Girdler< no role > Esquires two of His Majestys Justices of
the Peace in and for the said County (whereof one is of the Quorum) bearing
date the Nineteenth day of February last 1771. Sarah Waller< no role > was removed
from the Liberty of Saffron Hill Hatton Garden and Ely Rents in the Parish
of Saint Andrew Holborn in the said County to the said Parish of Saint
George the Martyr as the Place of her last legal Settlement Whereby
the Petitioners thinking themselves aggrieved Now upon hearing of the
said Appeal and what hath been alledged on either side by the respective
Churchwardens and Overseers their Council and Witnesses in and concerning
the Premises It is Ordered that the said Appeal be and the same as
hereby Allowed and the said Order of Removal of the said two Justices
is hereby vacated and set aside And it is further Ordered that the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Saint
George the Martyr do forthwith Convey and deliver Back the said Sarah
Waller
< no role > (together with a Copy of this Order unto the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the said Liberty of Saffron Hill Hatton and Ely Rents
or to same or one of them who are hereby required to receive and Provide
for her untill they can Free themselves from the Charge thereof by
due Course of Law.
