Peace for the County of Middlesex in General Quarter Session of
the Peace at Hicks Hall Assembled

The humble Petition and Appeal of the Church
Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of
All allows the great in the City of London

Sheweth

That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order under the hand
and Seals of David Willmot< no role > and Burford Camper< no role > Esquires
two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the County of
Middlesex (one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing Date
the Fourteenth Day of December last Daniel Cardell< no role > was
removed and conveyed from the Parish of Saint Leonard
Shoreditch in the County of Middlesex to the said Parish of
All hallows the great in the City of London as the Place of
his last legal Settlement Whereby Your Petitioners
conceive themselves to be aggrieved

Your Petitioners therefore humbly Appeal to this Court against
the Adjudication of the said two Justices and
their said Order And Pray that your Worships
will Please to appoint some Day in this
present Session for the hearing and determining
of the said Appeal and to Order that the Church
Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of Saint Leonard Shoreditch and all
persons concerned do then Attend this Court
