At the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our Sovereign Lord the
King holden for the County of Middlesex at Hick's Hall in Saint
John Street in the County aforesaid on the [..] day of
October in the Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George
King of Great Britain Etc.

It is Ordered by this Court that the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the Parish of Saint George Hanover Square Jameswithin the Liberty of
Westminster have Notice of this Petition and Appeal, And that they
and all persons concerned do attend this Court on Thursday the
Sixth day of December next at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon to
hear and abide the Judgement and Determination of the said Court
touching the said Appeal
