at Hicks's Hall in Saint John Street in the said
County by adjournment of Thursday the 25th. day
of October in the Eleventh Year of the Reign of our

His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the County
of Middlesex in their General Quarter Session assembled
in the absence of His Grace the Duke of Northumberland
Custos Rotulorum of this County having this day received an
Order of the Lords of His Majesty's most Honurable privy
Counsel bearing date the 12th. day of this Instant Subscribed

Man his Majestys Fleet which is now fitting out and therefore

to call upon the said Justices and Strictly enjoin and require
them to cause all Stragling Seamen who are fit to serve on
