These notice served likewise to discovers and rectify any mistake
in the Justices Clks or Clerk of the Peace that might have intervened byby misreturns
misentries omissions of entries or oterwise and
so have been look'd upon as [..] indispensible [..]
This Duty of Estreating done by Mr Jefferson as Mr. Waller's
Deputy in Michs Term 1769. and at Christmas 69 he quitt
that employmts and deliver'd up every thing necessary
for the future Estreat execution of the office and
till farther Order
From that time till septr foll. Mr. Waller executed the office
