To the Worshipful his Majestys Justices of the
Peace for the County of Middlesex in there
General Quarter Session of the peace Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of
the Churchwardens and Overseers of
the poor of the parish of St. Giles in the
fields in the said County

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order
under the Hands and Seals of George Wrighte< no role > and
James Fielding< no role > Esquires two of His Majestys Justi=
=ces of the Peace for the City and Liberty of Westminster
in the said County (one whereof being of the Quorum)
bearing date the Sixteenth day of October last
Elizabeth Harrison< no role > Spinster was removed and conveyed
from and out of the Parish of St. James within the Liberty
of Westminster aforesaid to the said Parish of St.
Giles in the Fields as the place of the last legal Settle=
=ment of the Said Elizabeth Harrison< no role >

Your Petitioners Conceive themselves aggrieved
by the Adjudication of the said two Justices
therefore humbly appeal to this Court against
the same And pray your Worships will appoint
a day in this present Session for hearing and
determining the Said Appeal

And your Petitioners shall pray Etc.
