Mr. Turner, of Stoke Newington , employed by
the Inhabitants of the same Parish to defend
four Indictments preferred against them for
not repairing certain Roads within the sd.
Parish Premises Mr. Jefferson, that if the
Roads are not repaired before the next
Sessions, no advantage shall be taken of
Mr. Jefferson's indulgers in not requiring
a Recognizanceto pleadat this present
Sessions, to plead at the next Sessions, but
that live of the Inhabitants shall appear at
the next Sessions, & plead and enter into a Recognizance
to plead otherwise
