Bartholomew Abell< no role > of Edmonton Surgeon and
Man midwife Saith He was Sent for to the Mother
of the Child a little before Twelve last Thursday Night
That he met Mrs Steeres in the ParlourThat She
said Mr Abell I am almost frighted Out of my Wits [..]
That Informant Ask'd her what was the Matter
And She said their Cook Maid was very ill
And that if She had not a very good Opinion of the
Girl She Should suspect that she might be in Labour
or to that PurposeThat Informant Ask'd her
how the Girl Looked And She said She Looked Big
but not bigger She thought than when She Came there
firstThat Informant then Ask'd her if
She knew whether she had been regular her Courses
And She Answer'd She had not since she had been
at her House which was about four Months
That Mr. Steeres had give her same Medicine
supposing it to be an Obstruction (Mr Steeres was
Bred to Physic and Midwifry particularly)

That Mrs Steeres said Informant should go up
and Look at her but Cautioned Informant agt
Taxing her with being with Child because she was
very Tender of her Character being a very good Servant
Desired Informant would give his Opinion of her
