That your Petitioners said Master hath at other Times declared and even
Threatened Your Petitioner that he would knock him down or Cleave his Skull
with any Working Tool he might have in his Hand which greatly Terrifyes
and frightens your Petitioner so that he doth not known what to do

Your Petitioner therefore humbly Prays that he may be
discharged from his said Apprenticeship And that your
Petitioners said Master may be Compelled to return all or
such part of the Consideration Money as to your Worships
shall seem meet and your Petitioner as in Duty bound
will ever Pray And that your Worships will be pleased
to Appoint a Day in the next General Session of the peace
to be held for this County for the said Matthew Frostick< no role > This name instance is in set 22102242.
and all Persons concerned to attend this Court to hear and
abide the Judgment and determination thereof
touching the said Appeal.
