Take Notice that I will Appear at the next General Quarter
Session of the Peace and Oyer and Terminer to be held at Hicks Hall in
Saint John Street in the County of Middlesex on Tuesday the Ninth
day of May Instant at Eight of the Clock in the Fore Noon of the
same day and will then and there Try My Traverse to the
Indictment by you Preferred against me for a Misdemeanour
Witness my hand the 3d. day of May 1769
