At the Delivery of the King's Goal of Newgate holden for the County of Middlesex
on Saturday the 25thday of February 1769

Whereas James Patteson< no role >
hath at this present Session been Convicted of Felony on the Prosecution
of Francis Buchan< no role > and the said Francis Buchan< no role >
having prayed to be allowed for his Expences and loss of time in the said
Prosecution which this Court think reasonable It is therefore Ordered by
this Court that the Treasurer of this County do forthwith pay to the said
Francis Buchan< no role > the Sum of Eleven Shillings for
said Expences and loss of time
