hathat this present Session been Convicted of Felony on the Prosecution
of John Whitmore< no role > and the said John Whitmore< no role >
having prayed to be allowed for his Expences and loss of time in the said
Prosecution which this Court think reasonable It is therefore Ordered by
this Court that the Treasurer of this County do forthwith pay to the said
John Whitmore< no role > the Sum of Eleven Shillingsfor his
said Expences and loss of time
