Maketh Oath and Saith that on the Sixth day of December instant he
this Deponent was by and present and Saw Elizabeth Lift< no role > named in the
Deed Poll or Release hereunto annexed purporting to be a Release from
William Lift< no role > and the said Elizabeth his Wife to William Cocken< no role > and
Sarah< no role > his Wife therein also named duly Sign Seal and as the Act
and Deed of the said Elizabeth execute and deliver the said Annexed
Deed Poll or Release And this Deponent further Saith that the
Mark Elief set and Subscribed to the said Deed Poll or Release is the
proper handwriting of the said Elizabeth Lift And that the Names
Will: Hughes and Thomas Cotterill< no role > Set and Subscribed as Witnesses
to the Execution of the said annexed Release are of the respective proper
hands writing of this Deponent and the said Thomas Cotterill< no role >
