hath at this present Session been convicted of Felony on the Prosecution
of Thomas Wakefield< no role >
-and the said Thomas Wakefield< no role >
having Prayed to be allowed for his Expenses and loss of time in the said
Prosecution Which this Court think reasonable It is therefore Ordered by
this Court that the Treasurer
of this County do forthwith pay to the said
Thomas Wakefield< no role >
the Sum of twenty One Shillingsfor his
said Expenses and loss of time
