hathat this present Session been Convicted of Felony on the Prosecution
of George Tough< no role > and the said George Tough< no role >
having prayed to be allowed for hisExpences and loss of time in the said
Prosecution which this Court think reasonable It is therefore Ordered by
this Court that the Treasurer of this County do forthwith pay to the said
George Tough< no role > the Sum of Sixteen Shillingsfor his
said Expences and loss of time
