Susannah Stringer< no role >

For an Assaults

William Habberley< no role > of Wooburn Court in the Parish of Saint
George Bloomsburry in the County of Middlesex Cabinet makes
maketh Oath that the above named Defend and Dorothy the
Wife of him this Deponent Williams Habberley< no role > was delivered of
a Male Child about fourteen Days since and is now seen
weak and ailing from her said Laying in, that she cannot
without great Danger and Hazard of her Life atend this
Honourable Court, in order to retract her Plead of Not Guilty
pleaded to the Prosecutiove's Indictment in the above Matters
which she would otherwise do (as she has declared to this
Deponent and as he verily beleives to be true) and Plead
Guilty to the said, Indictment and submitt to the Time which
this Honourable Court would please to Order

September 1768}
