deceast was Dead before she could be gott into her one

out Murder in her one Room That the Time the deceast
lay at the bottom of the Stairs the Husband was at the
canding place about but how the deceast came to
the bottom of the Stairs or whether the fell or was know
down she can not say

Jno White pusk & kick witness down Stairs and say you Bitck
I will break your Neck That she never afterward speak
That she then went in & Jno White then say'd to her Oh Betty
