To the Worshipful His Majestys Justices
of the Peace for the County of Middlesex
at their present Sessionof the peace
assembled.

The humble Petition & Appeal of the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor of the
Tomnoship of Eaglesfield in the Parish of Bringh
in the County of Cumberland

Sheweth


That by virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under
the hands and Seals of John Spencer< no role > Colepepper and James
Girdler
< no role > Esquires two of His Majestys Justices of the peace
for the said County of Middlesex Ann Harrison< no role > and six
of her Children Vizt. Elizabeth< no role > aged thirteen Years Joseph< no role >
aged Eleven years Mary< no role > aged nine years Edward< no role > aged seven
years Sarah< no role > aged five years and John< no role > aged three year were
removed from the Parish of Saint Sepulchre in the County
of Middlesex to the said Tonnship of Eaglesfield in the Parish
of Brigham aforesaid as the Place of their Last Legal
Settlement

Your Petitioners thinking themselves
aggrieved by the said Order or Pass Warrant
Do humbly appeal against the same
and pray that the benefit of the said
Appeal may be reserved untill he
next Quarter Session

And your Petitioners shall ever pray etc
