Impudence to come to this Deponents house a

at Large as he
thought & understood that he was Committed to
the Gate house Westminster
and that he this Depo-
nent will Indict the said

at the next
Session to be held for the said City and Liberty or
before this honourable Court for the said Offence
and prosecute him for the same with Effect and
therefore prays this Honble Court will Discharge
him from his Recognizance
