I have been sometime confined by a Fever
which still disables me from paying any Attention
to Business; and I find it will be impossible for me
to make my personal Appearance against Jonathan
Annut
< no role > this Sessions. I am unhappy to find that
[..] the Expence attending this Prosecution has hither to
fallen on a poor, distressed Mother of the Delinquent.
From Motives of Compassion to her therefore, I must
entreat your Worships to suffer him to be dismissed;
especially us I am incline [..] to hope he has given some
Evidence oftohis Resolution [..] amend his Life and Conversa
-tion. I must beg y [..] Pardon for this Trouble, &
assure you that I am [..] at Respect,
