that his Wife the Above Named Defendant Hath
been Violently Ill of a Cold and Shortness of breath and other disorders
for some time past and Still remains so which
is the reason that she did not give Notice and take her
Tryal on the said Indictment at the present
Session and the Inclemency of the Weather
and great Danger she was in prevented her
