the peace to be holden by Adjournment at Hicks's Hall in Saint John
Street in and for the County of Middlesex on Wednesday to thirteenth
day of this Instant January at eight of the Clock in the forenoon of
the same day and would then and there plead not Guilty and try
his Traverse upon the Indictment by him preferred against him
for Assaulting him
