The humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Parish of St John of
Wapping
in the County of Middlesex
.
Sheweth
That by virtue of an Order of Removal under the hands and Seals
of two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace
in and for the County of Middlesex
aforesaid (whereof One is of the Quorum) bearing date the tenth day of November
last,
Grace Parker< no role >
and
Mary< no role >
her Daughter
aged thirteen Years and upwards
were removed form the Parish of St. Andrew
Holborn above the Pars in the County
of Middlesex
aforesaid to the said Parish of St. John of Wapping
, the said Justices
adjudging the last legal Settlment of the said Grace Parker and Mary her
Daughter to be in the said Parish of St. John of Wapping
That your Petitioners
conceiring themselves to be Agguered by the said Order and determination of
the said Justices do humbly Appeal therefrom.
Your Petitioners therefore most humbly pray that
your Worships will be pleased to appoint some day
of this present General Session of the Peace for the
hearing of this their said Appeal And that your
Worships will make an Order that the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of St. Andrew
Holborn and all Parties concerned may then and there
hear and abide the final Determination of your
Worships therein,
And your Petitioners shall ever pray Etc.
