Justices of the Peace for the County of Middlesex in their
General Session of the Peace for the said County Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of
the Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of
Saint Brides in the City of London

Sheweth


That by an Order under the Hands and
Seals of Sir Robert Darling< no role > Knight and Christr. Scott< no role >
Esquire tow of hs Majestys Justices of the Peace for the County
of Middlesex (one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing Date the
Seventh Day of November Elizabeth Framand< no role > Singlewoman was Conveyed from
the parish of Saint Matthew Bethnal Green in the County of
Middlesex to the said parish of Saint Brides London as the
Place of her Legal Settlement Whereby your Petitioners think
themselves Aggreived And Appeal to this Court against the same

Your Petitioners therefore Humbly Pray
this Court will please to Appoint a Time for
Bearing and Determining the said
Appeal And that all Persons Concerned
may then Attend.
