in the Parish of St. Dunstan

That by an Order Under the Hands & Seals of

Esquires two of his Majesties Justices of the peace
for the County of
Surry bearing date the Fourteenth day of August last past

the wife
of
John Brock< no role >
gone away from her waw removed from the Parish of Saint
Saviour Southwark
in the said County of Surry to the before mentioned Parish
of Saint Dunstan Stepney
as the place where the said John Brock with his said
Wife was & is last legally setled & that the said Pauper together with the said
Order of Removal was delivered to the Overseers of the Poor of the Hamlet of
Ratcliffe
aforesaid where the said

dwelt & gone by the name of

That your Petitioners soon after applied to the said John Brock< no role >
a lies

to provide forth said Ann his Wife
but he absolutely refused
whereupon they abtained a Warrant against him and he was thereupon
apprehended & on the thirteenth day of November last was comtted to
Clerkenwell Bridewell
as a Vagabond but on the Sixteenth following was
bailed out form thence
Your Petitioners therefore humbly pray your Worships will
appoint a time this present Session for the said John Brock< no role >
