Take Notice that we will appear at the
next General Session of the Peace to be held at Hicks's Hall in St.
John Street in and for the County of Middlesex by Adjournment
on Wednesday the Ninth day of December Instant at Eight of the
Clock in the forenoon of the same day and then and there plead Not
Guilty to the Indictment by you Preferred and found against us
in the above Prosecution And will then and there take our Tryal upon
the same Indictment Dated the Second day of December 1767.
