Clerk of the Peace 's Office, Middlesex
October 1st. 1767.

SIR,
John Johnson< no role > being bound over to appear at the
Session held in Septr. last, and not appearing according
to the Condition of Your Recognizance for that Purpose,
it became forfeited, and must be estreated into the Court
of Exchequer , in Order to the issuing of Process thereon
against you for levying the Penalty: Unless, by Appear-
ance and proper Application to stay Proceedings thereon
at the next Session, which will begin at the New Guild-
hall , Westminster , on Thursday the 8th Day of October inst.
the Estreat shall be respited by the Court
