By Consent of the parties prosecuting & Defender & [..] their
respective Council Attornies and Solicitors it is Ordered
that the last Juror imprinnelled & Sworn in the Cause
first abovementioned be withdrawn from the pannel and
that the residue of the said Jury be discharged And that
all proceedings in the said other Causes abovewritten be
stayed until etc. And likewise that the Recognizances
of the several Parties above named either to answer
plead or try and these estreating thereof be respited
until etc. And the same are hereby respited accordingly
