The Information of Robert Spooner< no role > taken
before me this 19th.. day of August 1767

Who being upon Oath says that last Saturday Tonight he this Informt.
went out Town on Horseback in Company with John [..] per now
present upon two Horses which they had of Mr. Draper at the
Red Lyon in Swallow Street , that his was a Chesnut Horse
Cooper's a grey one, sats they first went to Uxbridge and from
thence to Mr. Roberts's at the Red Lyon at Hounslow where
they staid two or three days, says that on Wednesday Evening
last they stopt a Coach upon the Highway near Twickenham
with three Ladies in it whom they Robbed of each a Purse
containing in the whole about three Guineas and several
Pocket pieces, that they then went to Kingston upon Thomas
and from thence to the French Horn at Wandsworth where
they lay all Night, farther says that in the latter and of July
he and said Cooper third from Mr. Hammond at the
Swan in Oxford Road a Chesnut Horse and a bag one with
which they red to Hounslow Heath and there stopt a Post
Chaise with a Gentleman and Lady in it whom they Robbed of
half a Guinea and a thirteen Shilling and six penny piece
says after this Robbery they rode to Edgeware where they
were stopt by the Owner of the Horses who came with them to
Town and took the Horses from them
