At the Delivery of the Kings Gaol of Newgate holden for the County of Middlesex
on Wednesdaythe fifteenthday of July1767

Whereas Thomas Duncomb< no role > hallhath at this
present Session been Convicted of Felony on the Prosecution of John Benteman< no role >
And the said John Benteman< no role >
having prayed to be all allowed for his Expences and loss of time in the said
Prosecution which this Court doth think reasonable It is therefore Ordered
by this Court that the [..] Treasurer of this County do forthwith pay to the said
John Benteman< no role > the Sum of twenty one
Shillingsfor his said Expences and loss of time

17th July 1767. Received of Mr. Jefferson
Treasurer one pound one Shilling
in full for the prosecution to Conviction
